1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the pkuk platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on pkuk, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written for users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use pkuk's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkuk is for individuals aged 21 or older only.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any existing ban imposed by pkuk.
• You are playing for your own benefit, using your own funds — not on behalf of any third party.

pkuk may request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to verify age may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, pkuk reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds and bonuses. The name, mobile number, and banking details provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or banking information), please inform the pkuk support team promptly. pkuk will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkuk supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No payment methods outside this list are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Withdrawal processing is usually completed within 1 hour. However, if verification is required or unusual activity is detected, additional time may be needed.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If irregular or suspicious transactions are detected, pkuk may request additional verification.
• Records of all transactions are stored in our system and will be considered final.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is found (bonus hunting, arbitrage, or claiming through multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pkuk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

6. Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play

pkuk uses verified gaming software to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and transparent. The use of any manipulation tools or automation is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

If a technical fault, software issue, or irregularity in a game result is identified, pkuk reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or bet. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant tournament (such as BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup). If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled according to pkuk's rules.

7. User Code of Conduct

By using pkuk, you agree to refrain from the following activities:

• Harassing, threatening, or sending offensive messages to other members.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, such as using software bots, auto-clickers, or any other automation tools.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same or a different identity.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting cyber attacks, hacking, or any unauthorised access against pkuk.
• Registering under a false identity or providing incorrect information.

If any of the above activities are proven, pkuk reserves the right to permanently close the account immediately and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8. Security & Personal Data

pkuk uses the highest-grade SSL encryption technology to keep all your personal and financial information secure. The information you provide will be used only for service delivery, identity verification, and meeting legal obligations.

8.1 KYC Verification

pkuk complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification. • Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Legal obligations or security-related reasons.
• Prolonged account inactivity (following prior notice).

10.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus with an unmet wagering requirement will be cancelled.

11. Limitation of Liability

pkuk bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session ends due to an internet connection loss.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment processor.
• If login credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• In any circumstance beyond our control (force majeure).
• Due to incorrect banking or payment information provided by the member.

pkuk's services are provided on an "as is" basis. The platform or services may be temporarily unavailable at any time for maintenance. pkuk is not obligated to provide any compensation in such circumstances.

12. Changes to Terms

pkuk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified as far in advance as possible.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. For this reason, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.
